Manage your finances with confidence.

Tim Crookham has a bachelor's degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA (Master of Business Administration) with a concentration in finance and accounting from Southern Methodist University. Tim is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) with over 25 years of finance experience. After decades helping large companies report, forecast, budget, and analyze their financials, Tim wanted to take that experience and coach individuals and small businesses on how to manage their money to meet their financial goals. Thus was born Empowerment Financial LLC.

I coach people on managing their short-term cash flow, so that they can control where it is spent and save for the future. Think monthly expenses (groceries, housing, transportation, etc.).The typical process is to 1) understand historically what the income and expenses are, 2) Forecast out future expenses and savings goals, 3) Put plans in place to meet your financial goals such as pay down debt, save for big purchases, invest for retirement.I'm big on keeping things simple and automated so that the new process is easy for you to manage. It will take some time investment on your part up front to collect the data and set up the new processes we create, but after that the process should run smoothly.Knowing what to do is half the battle, but actually doing it is another thing. That's why having a coach who can educate, support, and be an accountability partner is so important. While it's never too late to start, you'll be much better off the sooner you get things going because of the exponential effect of compound interest. Like steering a big ship on course, making small changes early prevent the need for drastic moves later. Let's avoid that iceberg and get you moving toward your dream destination now!Book a free call now to see if financial coaching is right for you!!!
Coaching options come in two flavors:
A 2-hour clarity session where we'll dive into your spending categories and income. Here we'll get a clear picture of where you are and develop actionable steps to progress toward your goals. This is typically the first step in coaching and the cost is $600 for the session.
Monthly coaching, which is typically four 1-hour sessions in the first month, then two 1-hour sessions each month. This monthly coaching allows us to work towards your goals, answer questions as they arise, and tailor the solutions to your specific situations. The cost for this program is $600 per month with an initial four month commitment.
